I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

An order can only be canceled if the shipment is not yet confirmed.

Do we accept returns and exchanges? 

At this time, we accept exchanges only. We do not accept returns. We are happy to give you an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Item must be in original package and in original condition.

We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns. All shipping and handling cost are covered by the customer. We do not cover the shipping cost back to us and back to you. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at help@glamystudios.com. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours. 

 

I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?
